Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in Facility/Building Maintenance services
  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Facilities Management
  • Ability to plan service program and ensure timely execution
  • Customer-oriented and responsive to customer complaints
  • Experience in BMS will be an advantage
  • Shift duty may be required
